chronic pain

The patient suffering from chronic pain is in a state of permanent emotional weakness because the pain itself generates important emotional reactions that can enhance the suffering. Pain, being chronic, inevitably affects all spheres of the life of the staff who suffer from it: socially by reducing relationships with friends and relatives, at work because it can become incapacitating for work and in family relationships so that they cannot lead a life normal in general

Living with chronic pain means living with uncontrollable bodily sensations, bodily limitations, loss of social contact, work problems and economic uncertainty...

To deal with chronic pain, it must be approached from different sides: stress management, control of negative thoughts, incorporate activities and participate, seek support from the environment and from professionals
