Personality problems and their conflicts

Throughout the different life stages we can suffer problems because of our personality and that our way of being brings us difficulties in relating to others, either because they do not understand us or because we do not feel understood._cc781905-5cde-3194-bb3b- 136bad5cf58d_

 

We can find ourselves in situations where we don't know how to deal with certain conflicts (with our partner, at work, with the children...), we can be overcome by fears or insecurities, we can suffer from anxiety in front of new situations or not know how handle conflict situations, we can have generational conflicts both with those of the previous generation and with those of the next, we can be uncomfortable and not know how to deal with the different life stages, we can have different degrees of psychological suffering, maladaptation, imbalance... .that prevent us from having emotional and psychological well-being. 

 

Often many of the issues referred to can be harmed, amplified and made difficult by an inferiority complex, irrational ideas, aggression, insecurity or other unidentified and untreated aspects of the personality. Finding psychological balance is the goal of psychotherapy to improve emotional health by establishing a control of irrational ideas due to the impact of our thoughts on the mind and actions and the knowledge of the personality while reinforcing aspects such as insecurity, low self-esteem, handling frustrations, strengthening optimism, stress management, depression management...
