anxiety

Although fear and anxiety are part of the normal feelings we have, when these are high and cause us significant discomfort they can become a mental disorder that needs to be diagnosed and treated.

 

In absolute terms it is not bad to have a little anxiety because it helps us to have drive and desire to do things, but when this same anxiety gets out of hand, it is excessive and you cannot control it then the situations overcome us and it can lead to a burden is hard and can make it impossible for us to move forward, it blocks us, upsets us and leads to problems.

 

A high and sustained anxiety over time can generate anxiety attacks, insomnia, anxiety crises, problems with food, relationship problems with loved ones and have consequences both on health and in the different areas of life everyday

 

Treatment combining drugs and psychotherapy is often the winning combination.
